Dr. David Park is great. Last year i hurt my back, my hip/left leg picking up my daughter and came to see David for the 1st time and within 2 days I felt significantly better, changed my understanding for physical therapy. Between shoulder, back, neck, leg issues, due to work posture, baby, weight and lack of exercise I have worked with my share of physical therapists and rehab specialists. I speak from a place of experience. The care at the clinic is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and responsive. Stella & Yuka are so friendly and is very accommodating. I've learned a lot about how I can take better care of myself and maintain painfree days. Dr. Park is not like other PT and their mill factory like clinics where PT only sees u for 15-20 min and everything else is done by yourself or others. He gets to know you and your ailment quickly and works on you for a full hour. His methodology is phenomenal and is so effective. Ive referred him to my coworkers and we all agree he his amazing. Equilibrium is THE place for injury recovery, repair, and prevention. Ince you go to Equilibrium you wont want to go anywhere else.

Very professional, courteous, friendly, and all highly skilled therapist. This is the best practice in Bergen County to go to for all your therapy needs. I am always impressed and satisfied with services received and I was able to leave the treatment having a good understanding of what was wrong. Many PTs use a lot of big terms that are hard to comprehend but David is your man if you need someone to articulate exactly what is needed and why.

I've been going to EQ for the past few months and it has been a life changing experience. David not only treats the symptom of the pain (like most PT places I've been to) but he also looks holistically to treat the root cause through a combination of manual therapy and exercises. He takes the time to really listen and is very thorough in his explanations. David is on a different level than your typical PT.

Had chronic back pain for the past 15 years. I went to several chiropractors and PT’s, and although the pain would lesson at the time of service, there was never a solution or even a real prognosis of what caused the pain. After repeated recommendations and high acclaim from my wife I finally went to see Dr. David Park. From the beginning I felt that the service here was different from anywhere else I have been before. From the peering questions that were being asked to the hands that felt for the misalignments in my back, I finally felt I met a doctor who wanted to get to the root cause of the pain and provide a permanent solution. What started off being a back problem opened the way for Dr. Park to recommend a better way to walk, sit, and even exercise.

After having an ACL reconstruction surgery 2.5 years ago on one knee, I have been left with an incredibly stiff and almost always sore knee. The surgery left me with a range of motion of half my other knee. I've been to numerous physical therapists who always stated the same thing, "Give it time, it'll eventually come around." Well it didn't, and 2.5 years after my initial ACL tear, I was completely hopeless and convinced that I would have to live with my new non-functional knee. That is, until I was referred to Dr. Park. This guy is like a physical therapist black belt jedi master. All it took was 10 seconds of touching my knee to know why my knee was lacking the range of motion and why it was always swollen and sore. He relies on manual therapy to make changes in the way the joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments interact, which eventually leads to proper mechanics and motion. Unlike other physical therapists in which they hooked me up to a machine for 20 minutes while they go see another patient, Dr. Park works on a single patient for 1 hour! With each passing session, my knee felt looser and stronger and I've finally regained the confidence to go back into sports. Simply put, Dr. Park has changed my life and I will always be grateful. Before you walk into your first session, just keep this quote in mind, "Pain is weakness leaving the body". A lot of weakness left my body for sure and the same will happen to you.
