So after coming from another facility a few years ago (had to take a break from the drama of the previous place), this one is a bit better. I get one-on-one with my therapist, (which I'm on my 3rd there now, but that's fine as all staff has been awesome, and I DON'T have to repeat myself!) and sans the rooms being fairly small, at least my therapist focuses on me and is genuinely interested in how I am feeling, while giving me tools to help.

Overall mixed results. There is a level of professionalism and capability here, however other glaring issues. Appointments are made with patients, then not upheld. Group sessions are planned, and then patients are told they've made a mistake and "got it wrong" because the provider gave the wrong date and time to multiple people. As a parent of a patient, I've been waiting 6 weeks to get a call back from the Director of services. Update: Now at 10 weeks waiting for a response with multiple calls made asking for contact.
