Mike Jackson4 StarMy mother has become a longer time resident then we had expected. Have we always been pleased or happy, no. Having said that, no one can care for a loved one as good as you can or you think you can. But stepping back and looking in, i believe she gets good care, good medical advice, and good attention to needs. I rated here 4 stars, my heart says rate them a 2.... but from what i can see and what i know, a weak 4 is my rating. Are there room for improvement, you know it!. the entire staff at Evergreen is professional but shortages in labor will always drive stress and fatigue. My hope and prayer is that all aspects will continue to improve.Saturday 18th September 2021
Brandie Place5 StarI have worked with the social work team on numerous occasions to assist patients with their discharge home. Nikkii has always been very thorough and caring-setting the patient up for a successful transition after rehab is complete. She has worked after hours to ensure the patient has what they need and can be safe in their home, the care does not stop just because you are leaving.Friday 17th September 2021
