I'll admit that our family was hesitant to put Aunt Mildred here after reading the reviews on Google. But we have friends who have loved ones in Evergreen and they have not had bad experiences. After talking to the Director of Nursing we decided Evergreen had made great progress in their quality of care and not to trust all of these negative reviews. Fast forward a few months and Aunt Mildred is thriving here. We visit her several times a week and she is very happy; she has made new friends with the nursing staff and fellow residents and enjoys the activities that keep her busy.

As a former state inspector of nursing home facilities I have always been impressed with the care given at this home. The staff provided genuinely loving care to residents like family members. I worked there also and really got to see what a safe and loving home environment provided to the community. As you make the heart wrenching decision where to place your loved one, I highly recommend this home. You can rest well at night knowing your loved one is receiving the best care. Highly recommend. I have read the reviews and can tell that some are written by disgruntled employees. If you have a problem at this home they have an open door policy so talk to Administration and they will take care of your concern.

The staff is great you can tell they truly care about the well being of the residents. It’s a great team work environment to be in. The building is beautiful and well taken care of. Definitely recommend Evergreen!!

A beautiful facility with kind, hardworking staff. My friend recently chose to come here and everything wasn’t perfect of course but she loved it and says she will return here if she ever needs to!! We love the activities!!!
