My mother became a residence to Excelcare in late January or this year after she had a bad fall and was unable to keep caring for herself. I am out of state and it has been very heavy and hard to deal with from a distance. But Cara Smith, from day one has made this the best/easiest transition for not only my mom but for me. She has gone above and beyond to help me stay in the loop and connected with everything that goes on with my mom and is cats to respond to all my concerns. My mom has expressed nothing but happiness and excitement for her new journey here and we are both very grateful. From Cara down the laundry women everyone has been wonderful and helpful!

Since the facility has changed ownership, the staff and residents seem so happy! The final finishing touches with the building have taken place, and I am excited to see the final piece. All staff members are kind, and take the time to care for my family member. Thank you excelcare!

The facility is under new management and the staff is so happy and appreciative of all the changes made in such a short time. The facility is beautiful, clean and the nurses are so kind. The nursing team has stuck by each others side through rough times and the patients really value and appreciate all that they do. This facility is the only facility in Manalapan and is going to be a place for the local residents to lean on if ever they need help getting home safely after any medical condition! Facility accepts almost all insurance plans and works with CentreState, Bayshore, and Raritan Bay Hospitals just to name a few. They have a Ukrainian/ Russian program and a Dementia unit which is secured for safety. It really is spectacular!

My loved one was able to benefit from their Russian Program, having other people to talk with and have things in common was great. Plus the doctor was awesome, he gave great care to non- Russian patients as well. Its a wonderful place for everyone.

A coworker training me was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, down right narcissistic behavior. As a new hire and having someone saying you won’t last here and you can’t do anything correctly as far as my skills. From the first day within a few hours of training, I asked a question twice and was told don’t ask question later twice. This was a bittersweet time, I thought the patient’s were great to work with, too bad that kindness and respect wasn’t used during the few days of my training, I never went back, I have to they owe me a salary. This isn’t a facility I would work for.
