By far the worse place I have worked at. Management does not care about their staff at all. There is no respect for any of the employees. You are asked to come in and help everyday you have off. They leave you on the floor to work alone. They will have the nurse work alone before anyone in management comes to the floor to help. Pay IS horrible. My residents are the only thing that kept me there for so long. Short staffed everyday so you work alone. Go to management with your problems and they will not do anything about it besides saying, “I’ll talk to them, I’ll get back to you, etc.” and nothing ever changes. I had a money problem and was told the administration director would call me back that day and she never did, instead they are ignoring my texts & calls. Management is very unprofessional. Do not recommend working here or living here at all.

Our whole family was so optimistic when we found out that my grandmother had to move from the hospital into one of these facilities. We were given a few choices, but the paperwork we were given all showed 5 stars for this place. There is no reason this place should get 5 stars! There are too many reasons to even list here, but just a brief overview of issues. Of course this is during our wonderful pandemic, so we were not allowed inside at all, so I can not speak as to what other horrors we might have faced. First of all, she didn't get a shower for 5 days after being brought to this facility. She got there on a Friday morning and it was Wednesday evening before they gave her one, even though my family and I would tell them everyday and be reassured everyday that it would happen. My grandmother didn't feel like eating, but needed to as she had lost so much weight being in the hospital. We advised them that they had to ensure she ate something, however, we all witnessed through her window that they would bring and if she said she didn't want they would just take it back out with them and say ok. They would tell us oh we'll get her a snack later, but that wouldn't happen either. She was severely dehydrated as well and we kept telling them they needed to make sure she was drinking as well, but they just let her do whatever in that regard. She was also supposed to be doing her therapy and getting up in the mornings to accomplish things so she could get home, but they would let her sleep in til 11 or later! They would tell us one thing and she'd tell us something completely different about what she was actually doing for therapy. She was well enough equipped to let us know & she knew she wanted to get out of there and that telling us nothing was happening wasn't going to help her get out any sooner. Then when she finally was released, the office assured us that all the new scripts were being sent to the pharmacy so we could pick up that afternoon so she wouldn't miss any doses. At 3 I called the pharmacy and they hadn't gotten anything. Finally able to speak to someone there at 4 & they tried to give us the runaround saying that the pharmacy had to be incorrect as they had sent. We have dealt with this pharmacy for 2 decades and have never had an issue before. Finally late that night(8:45pm when the pharmacy closes at 9) they sent over the info and thankfully the pharmacy is so good to my grandparents they filled and allowed us to pick up. She had already missed multiple doses for the day. The office also assured us that they were getting all the paperwork they had sent to her PCP & cardiologist. She has now been home for just shy of a month & neither office has received anything. However, Family Rehab continues to try and point fingers to everyone else when they have never given us a reason to not trust them in all these years. I would NEVER allow or advise that anyone I knew or didn't know for that matter ever go to this facility. It will cause you more headaches and grief than necessary especially considering when people are dealing with things like this there is enough stress going on. Will stop there, but trust me, I could go on further!
