I love the counselors but the wait time is ridiculous especially if you work....and they have some crazy policies the main clifton springs flacra don't go by the policies pennyan flacra does...and clifton springs gets you in and out so u can actually enjoy your sober life

Complete FIASCO, I've been bouncing back and forth from clinic to clinic to see a provider for meds. It's been months of unsuccessful scheduling errors on their part, the latest stunt IS they sent me to the new clinic in ROCHESTER( if you call it says it's INTERIM HOME HEALTH AGENCY) where i did a 2 hour intake AGAIN, 4th one becauae each clinic wont use tour previous one done last weso, no you have to start from scratch. I've been scheduled 3 weeks in a row on a Saturday to see a mental health doc at 113o and 3 weeks in a row the doc leaves at 11 and cancels me. I've been off needs a month now, suffering, struggling and trying to hold it together. Im reporting to OASES and justice dept because no one at FLACRA cares. This is fiasco. I SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER WAY TO ADRRESS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY ON THEIR END.
