shaderfaderf2 Stari don't even know where to begin. i wake up in cold sweats from nightmares about this place. i have scars on my arms from being stabbed with a butterfly needle 9 times before someone was able to draw blood. it was kept freezing in the facility. entire place was filthy. felt like i was trapped in hell. feeling panicked just typing this. this place is a cesspool of people who had no other place to go. only maybe two staff members were alright. didn't feel safe at all. i was treated like a nuiscance every corner i turned. afraid to get mental help because i'm afraid i'll get locked up in here again. the stories i could tell of this place would take a million words.Sunday 31st October 2021
Jessica Ray2 StarI asked several times how much this would cost before starting the program. I was told not to worry about it the entire time. Now I have a $700 bill that I can not afford to pay.
I also told them several times I COULD NOT do group. They forced me into group. I did love the people around me, it was a great group of people, but being forced to tell your story when you are ready can do way more damage than good.Friday 4th December 2020

Leah Rogers1 StarIf I could give this place negative stars I would. I came here through the Floyd ER when I was trying to go to my usual place Peachford Hospital because I can receive ECT. Many staff were condescending, rude, inattentive (i.e. texting on their phones, and would gaslight and medically/mentally abuse and infantilize me. They kept me drugged up on benzodiazepines such as ativan and klonopin when I would have outbursts and panic attacks to the point where I would feel physically sick. Most of the staff are not certified in mental healthcare and the few LPCS they do have give short “educational” groups full of common sense knowledge and it would often be repeated. I was not allowed to keep my own toiletries and the toiletries that were given to me were later confiscated. When I refused to leave my bed because I felt sick, staff members physically dragged me out of bed. Horrible place. Plus food was terrible and there was almost no entertainment or activities between groups. Many of the groups were just nurses reading directly off papers. EDIT: nurses also threatened to have me put in restraints if i didn’t comply with orders.Wednesday 23rd December 2020
