Absolutely wonderful staff and doctors. Perfect place if you get clostrophobic in hospitals, one big open room w bedrooms all around. Also, huge plus, a smoking area attached to the ward. Take your meds ;)

Money hungry and terrible care. Never felt like so much of a burden by medical professionals, and then hounded for payment afterwards—making people who are in need suffer even more.

When it comes to checking in they are getting better at respecting your privacy. However when you are in the hallway waiting for your appointment with the counselors and physicists you can hear what the person in the room is saying, especially if they talk loud or has a voice that carries, when you are in the hallway waiting for your appointment. Some of the counselors and physicists are better than others when it comes to making you feel comfortable and safe to share things that are going on in your life. Remember they are there to help you get better and deal with your problems. If you are not comfortable with the one you have don't be afraid to say something and try another one until you find the one that is right for you to share your problems and get the help you need to work through your issues.

For a government run facility, they have some of the most compassionate and intelligent staff on the planet! The nurses, crisis line, receptionists are friendly and helpful. Staff come from all over the world, and blend the wisdom with Western medicine to create a "whole life" approach.
