ONLINE VIDEO OR TELEPHONE COUNSELING

Move over traditional couch therapy- online therapy has firmly taken its place as a legitimate way to deliver mental health care. Although it might be hard to wrap your head around "virtual" counseling, academic research has shown its results to be competitive with traditional therapy*. Added perks are no commute or waiting room kill time and ultra-private. Additionally, online therapy brings mental health care to people and families in rural or under-served areas, who often have difficulty leaving their homes. 

Effective counseling can happen through secure live video sessions whether we're on opposite sides of the state, or just on opposite sides of town. Our online office is equipped with all the necessary technology, all you need is a webcam and an internet connection. 

If live video sessions don't work for you we have extensive experience with telephone counseling and we'd  be happy to work with you over the phone.
