So far, so good. My Dad recently moved here for long term care. He's a difficult fella, but the staff and administrators at Forest Haven seem intent on making him comfortable and content. Will update as we have more experience with the facility.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY AN AWFUL PLACE THERE!!! FROM THE LAZY FRONT DESK PERSON TO THE AWFUL & UNCARING NURSES THERE. IT LOOK LIKE A 3rd WORLD COUNTRY INSIDE. IGNORANT STUFF. DIRTY. UNPROFESSIONAL. IT'S LIKE A HORROR MOVIE THERE. EVEN THE ONE'S IN CHARGE. 🤬👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I think this is a scam. I’ve lived in Dundalk for 11 years. I get bills addressed for 2 people I’ve never heard of. They started a few years ago. Called the “business” office numerous times, explained, and I still get them. If they can’t keep track of people in 3-4+ years, just how competent are they. If you have a loved one there... I pray for you...

The staff is unprofessional and do not care about the quality of care for the patients especially the dementia patients . I would not put my love one at this facility.
