Foundations and it's wonderful staff have helped change my life. I've been going there several years. I now own my own business, have a car and am buying my first home. If you are actually CLEAN the nurses and staff treat you with the same respect you give them. If you are trying to get better, this is a great place. If you are coming to just get high or stop the sick, go elsewhere. Enough said.

Better than the alternative. Naturally everyone will have their own experience there...overall mine has been positive. *Some improvements since my original review. Nothing I really want to go on about...but I would suggest Foundations to anyone that needs the treatment they provide.

This place is horrible. The nurses are actually mean and spiteful to the patients. They say terribly unkind things to the people they r supposed to be helping. The counselors lie, actually telling patients that if there is an emergency they will hold the doors for them. Then after the patient calls and tells them they will be like 1 minute late because of an accident on the interstate, they lock the doors and won't let the patient in for his dose, at exactly 1 minute late! I'm truly sorry there are not better choices for the wonderful people living in the area who need help with addiction!

The worst experience you will ever have. I feel truly bad for people in butler trying to get their life together that don't have a means to travel to another clinic. This place is this worst. The nurses are the worst humans I have ever had the displeasure of talking with. Someone should burn it down.
