It is with great satisfaction and happiness that I am writing this review. Our family has always cared for our sister and when it came time to pick a place for her permanently we knew exactly where she would go and that is to Fox Hill. You see through the years when she needed respite care, she went to Fox Hill and she also had friends who had settled into Fox Hill for the long term. Having been lovingly cared for through the years and knowing folks who were happy there she knew exactly where she wanted to be. She has made new friends and has her long time friends and her nurse and other staff have formed a caring relationship with her and us. She has been at Fox Hill since the beginning of 2019 and feels safe and cared for. She is happy and that makes us happy. What more could we ask for. Life happens and with all of its challenges, the staff at Fox Hill are there to do whatever they can do to assist with keeping our sister safe and cared for. We are so grateful to everyone at Fox Hill for their dedication, resourcefulness, and communications. Kudos to all of you for a job well done!!

Fox Hill has always been very conscious of making sure standards and protocols are followed. Since day one my mother being a resident there and even more with the Covid outbreak they have been great and the staff is very well qualified. Great steps have been taken to protect the residents while offering each resident proper care. And the listen to families while always issuing information to us.

I will never have my elderly mom go to Fox Hill Center again as she was only changed twice a day. They would wake her up early in the morning and she would have to stay in her dirty and saturated diaper all day until they would come in and change her for the last time at night. They said it's because "there short staffed". But would they love it if the roles were reversed and we only changed their loved ones only twice a day?. And then my mom came home and she had bruises on both of her legs. And I asked her where did you get those? Her response was that the nurses would come in and they would be really rough about it and my mom would say " Ouch your hurting me "and they would tell her that she would be fine. This place promises you that they will help you out with everything when your loved ones come home but they don't. And not only that my mom had stuff stolen out of her room that her grandson had given her and all they say is that they will look into it. But as soon as your loved ones Medicare time for them of them being there out the door your loved ones go.I won't ever let my mom go back there nevermind my dog.

My mother is currently at Fox Hill for rehabilitation services and we are both very happy with the care she is receiving. The aides are kind and responsive; the therapy staff are dedicated and patient; and the office / support staff are on the ball and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that a patient is getting all of the necessary services. I find that the staff as a whole is willing to go the extra mile, in all departments. My mother's stay has been complicated by several ongoing medical issues as well as difficulty getting services approved through her insurance. If it weren't for the caring and persistence of Debbie in the admitting department, my mother would have been sent home by Medicare before she was ready and the results could have been tragic. Care is obviously taken to make the grounds comfortable, inviting and pretty for the residents and visitors alike. There are places to visit in the sun or shade; tables, chairs, and benches are available; the flowers and landscaping are well tended to; and there is enough sidewalk around the building to take a walk with someone in a wheelchair. There are always things for the residents to join in and do if they wish to, social gatherings for sing a longs, vendors and activities. The kitchen provides a good variety of meals that are prepared with a lot of care. My mother has never been served a meal that she didn't like or that looked as if it had been thrown together or sitting too long. Don't be concerned by the place needing a 'face lift' - it's because their budget is spent on providing quality care and employing capable, trustworthy caregivers and support staff. What is important about Fox Hill Center is that the facility is always clean and the residents' needs are always well met.

We are so very pleased with the care and support Mom is receiving at Fox Hill. Everyone has gone out of their way to comfort her and ease her confusion which in turn helps us, her family as well. All of our questions are quickly answered and/ or resources are given to help.
