Great nursing facility! Nursing staff was very informative and caring. While caring for a loved one they always kept us informed. Dietary catered to her specific diet and the CNA’s made it easy for us to leave and know she was safe. Special thanks to Amy the administrator as well.

Franklin Simpson Nursing and Rehab is like one big family. The staff truly treat the residents as if it was there own family member. I can honestly say, this place has came a long way! From the CNA'S, Nurses, to the Administrative staff, they never fail to go above and beyond. Wound Care staff are awesome as well. They will see that they do everything in there power to see a wound heal, very educated!

I started out as a hospitality aid here, passing ice and making beds. I soon passed my test and became a CNA. They were very supportive and good to me. I am who I am today because of the experience at FSN! I had to leave unfortunately but all I have to say about my experience is I’m blessed to have worked there!
