I’ve tried several fitness centers in my area near and around Ft Detrick. The ambiance of the facility looking over southern Frederick County with a clear view of Sugarloaf Mt along with the friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff makes this place a joy to visit. Their strict pandemic infection control practices are second to none. The team adheres to promoting fitness while promoting infection control. A smart yet tolerable mixture that benefits everyone. A practice over places should emulate. My scheduled one hour session, three times a week, is a perfectly matched for my current condition and health status. The occasional reminder to watch my body mechanics while performing an exercise is greatly appreciated to help me stay on track to reach my goals. The participants are also extremely focused on their individual workouts but have a few minutes to be friendly to others. I strongly suggest looking into this place if you have a chronic health condition or lived a sedentary lifestyle. The team, ambiance and fellow participants will definitely help you stay on track to reach your goals.
