Horrible experience with this counseling center. They scheduled an appointment for a 30 min intimate consult but when I got there they put me in a room for a long while and then told me there actually wasn’t a counselor available. They then requested that I fill out preemptive paper work and to verify insurance. That all took nearly two hours. I never did see a counselor. They also asked that I pay a very high registration fee ($75 or $85 i think) to start seeing a counselor and sent me on my way with the promise to call me to schedule a session. They never called. I called several times and only got the voicemail. Finally I went somewhere else. I did continue to call to request that they refund the money. Several phone calls saying they would but never did. Finally i went in person and demanded that they refund me. The young receptionist did so but it took me standing strong in my demand. I would never ever recommend them and I warn everyone about them. To me, it seems they are taking advantage of people who are already in a compromised mental state for an easy buck with a promise for treatment that goes unfulfilled.

I have been trying to find natural ways to deal with my stress and anxiety. One of my beautiful friends told me about this place. I have been able to go to one session so far, but that session helped me to feel relaxed and balanced. I am definitely going again. Very positive place.

The so calledcouncelor here is absent a lot. Appointments are constantly canceled due to his personal life. I don't know how this place justifies this. Most places offer several counselors. If your Spanish and need some one bilingual your out of luck. Seems unfair. Also, the one so calledcouncelor this place barely runs on, just went to jail on assault charges. I won't be going back now. No one who assaults a woman is anyone I need help from. Poor management..like I said most places offer more than one counselor, I frankly don't know how it runs with just one, and appointments are always cut short, who knows how much time they bill insurance for. It is very unprofessional.

It should speak for itself the owner of this place was arrested a few months ago for ID theft. The counselor here was also just arrested on a lot of charges including assult. Not the kind of people I trust any more. Ya appointments are canceled a lot the counselor seems to come in at his liesure. I will seek help someplace else.
