FutureCare Lochearn has been a part of the FutureCare family of facilities since 2005, offering a comprehensive line of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to the residents of Northwest Baltimore.
At FutureCare Lochearn, our physicians, nurse practitioner, licensed and registered nurses and geriatric nursing assistants are trained to manage some of the most complex clinical cases, making the facility an ideal choice for those who are recovering from a recent medical procedure, or who require skilled nursing care and support on a long-term basis. A 12-chair dialysis center, managed by the Davita Corporation, a national leader in dialysis services, is conveniently located on-site, serving residents diagnosed with kidney or end stage renal disease.
Rehabilitation patients are supported by Lochearn’s caring team of physical and occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists. Our large, recently upgraded gym features state-of-the-art therapy and exercise equipment to help patients recover from orthopedic surgery, strokes and other complex medical and surgical procedures. Bariatric care, pain management and IV therapies are also provided at Lochearn. Many of our residents especially enjoy the beauty and tranquility of our large chapel, featuring amazing stained glass windows.

Francisco Impagliatelli5 StarI cannot explain the care and professionalism that BOTH my parents received at Future Care Lochearn. My mom had to be admitted after surgery to repair a broken hip from a fall. Her doctor at the facility reviewed all her medication one by one with us to evaluate if they are truly needed. Because of his thoroughness and attention to detail we discovered that the hospital had not had the correct dosage for one of her medications and had completely left off another. Her wound specialist did a fantastic job cleaning and mending the incision that had not healed properly during her post stay at the hospital after 7 days. The physical therapist and the occupational therapist worked day in and out to help get her back on her feet. They were kind but stern, they help push her when needed and compassionate when needed. They were very kind and really boosted her spirits not only her body. The attendants and nurses were also extremely kind and caring. If it was not for their care, I am not sure I would be enjoying my Mom's company today. I would highly recommenced this facility to anyone who is recovering from surgery or long term senior care. The entire facility was extremely clean with lots of activities and fantastic food. 5 PLUS Stars!!!Wednesday 1st May 2019

Willie Tate5 StarI wish I could give a higher rating than this that you see. But based on my mom's current state at future care and my present state here has left me for a lost for words. I felt like the staff and everyone I come in contact with that works there always greets me with a smile and always goes that extra mile when it comes to their professionalism. I could never repay them, they will remain a status of excellence in my life and I will forever recommend this location because of the level of excellence and care that was provided towards me, I could never repay them.Thursday 29th August 2019
akpene abotsi5 StarI had worked in the nursing home industry for 12 years with a different company before joining Future Care Lochearn. Of all the 8 nursing homes I have worked at, this is by far the best place. It feels like family in here. The care provided to the residents is awesome and most employees are confident bringing their own family members here for rehab and care. Lochearn is a great place to be either as an employee or as a resident. Come join us!Thursday 21st September 2017
