I would highly recommend you to come here for your recovery. I had a total hip replacement on March 14 and was discharged for the hospital the next day. The therapy is the best, Sandy , Brad, Nick, and Trina will get you back on your feet. The nurses staff is also the best, Nicholas , and Sonya, and Stephanie will make you feel better. The food here is top of the line, I have never had better food from a hospital anywhere. The director is Ryan Barrett you have a wonderful staff that cares about their patients. Job well done.

This way a horrible experience for my husband. He was sent there from FSQ for rehab after a fall that broke his hip. He was to have at least one hour of therapy per day. He received 1/2 hour per day. The nurses were adequate. The aides less than satisfactory. They were short and abrupt with him and treated hi roughly. To the point I could see the fear in his eyes. I removed him from your facility and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I highly recommend looking at other homes before you choose this one for your loved one. The last few months my grandmother was on earth were in this nursing home. I came 4-5x a week to drop her off dinner, drinks and other things she needed. At least 2x out of those 5 her belongings were lost. She would tell them she didn’t need dinner because I was bringing her something and then they would lose her food. Leaving her with nothing to eat for the night. When questioning how this was possible when I put her room # and name on the bag I was told there was two people with her name. When I dropped food of the next day I had mentioned this and said please make sure this goes the correct person I was told there wasn’t anyone else here with her name so she’s unsure why I was told that. I wasn’t allowed in, so when dropping her off things like hearing aid batteries I had to rely on the employees. She could never hear us on the phone. No one would put her batteries in her hearing aid. The visits were hard to schedule. They were 15 minutes and only two people at a time. She would cry when we left. Trying to get ahold of anyone who works here.. is a joke. The day my grandmother passed I was on my way to see her and kept calling her to see what she wanted to eat. She wouldn’t answer her phone so I called the office. I was hung up on three times. At this point I’m pulling up when I tried to call one more time, I was placed on a short hold and was told “your grandmother is gone, She died”. There was no sympathy, no care. I can’t help but feel so much guilt and regret for not doing everything I could to bring her home. Knowing that she was in such a selfish, careless place breaks my heart. 2 weeks before she passed away she asked for me to bring her cross. I was hesitant but I know she wanted it so I did. I specifically said can someone please put this on her neck. I called my grandmother 15 minutes later to ensure it was on her neck and it was. Her cross was never returned to us after she passed. I can’t say this enough… please read reviews and consider other nursing homes.

I would not recommend this facility!!! I chose this facility for my father after a hospital stay at Bayview. Bayview said he could come home but I felt a little more assistance would be beneficial. So I choose this place. Now the problems start. First they would give my father food he did not like and would not secure the alternative meal for the night. When he would request assistance to go to the bathroom they would make him wait or have an attitude that he requested assistance. They would bring him cups of water with no ice. My father is a diuresis patient, for the whole week he was there they did not give any diarrhetic medications. Photos are attached from the day he left the hospital to exactly one week later when he left future care. I asked why they did not give him any meds for this and they said their doctor did not order any. I immediately called his kidney doctor who instructed me to start his fluid medication. Thank god I brought him home as he would be in the hospital again by now. Now on to the next problem they wrote a prescription for xifaxan which CVS would not fill because insurance needed approval from the doctor. I called Future Care on Saturday which found another dose for the day while we waited for the doctor to call the insurance company. Today is Tuesday and the doctor still hasn’t called the insurance company to get the approval. This is now three days my father hasn’t had this antibiotic the doctor said he needed. With antibiotics you need to stay on the schedule, any days missed will interrupt the cycle and you would need to start over. Sorry I chose this place to care for my father!! I will be filing a complaint with the department of aging following this review. Poor patient experience, rude/poor nursing staff. The only good thing I have to say about this place is it was close to home.

Oh my goodness this place is a waste of time, energy and money. I don't know if it's a culture thing, a money thing or a lack of care for the work the people are supposed to do here 🤷🏾‍♂️
