I’ve gone four times and three of those times I was left for over an hour without seeing anyone. Worst physical therapy I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a few. Very nice people but would recommend taking your business elsewhere if you don’t have three hours to waste.

Fyzical (Provo Office) is a great and extremely helpful physical therapy service. If you have spine, back, neck, etc. problems, this is a great place for you. The customer service is typically helpful. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have ever done a review on any company, service or product. I had to share, so other people can discover the pain relief I have enjoyed with Fyzical in Provo. I had back surgery 6 years ago - 2 of them within 10 days. I have a fusion (metal in my back). Over the past several months my back has again became sore with pain shooting down my back, through my glutes, down my hamstrings and into my calves. I have searched far and wide for a physical therapy place that take care of the source of the pain so I do not have to take pain meds all of the time. After trying several others in 2 different counties, I discovered Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers in Provo. WOW!!! I am so grateful I found them. The quality of my life is so much better, and it is because of Fyzical. Evelyn at the front desk is AMAZING! She is so kind and works so hard to make me feel comfortable. I have personally met Rogan (the owner), and thanked him - he is all about helping people and has been for the past 40 years. Dr. JJ is my therapist, and he knows what he is talking about - yes a physical therapist with a pHD works at Fyzical (and he is one of many good therapists there). The massages are great too. I love their weight equipment - it is specific to each area I need to strengthen in my legs and back. I use the hot tub and lap pool 6 days a week. They REALLY help my back pain as well. Fyzical even has ultra sound therapy. Now, my dad goes, my wife goes, and my mother in law goes. My dad got his girlfriend to go who also had back surgery. She says it is amazing how Fyzical has helped her reduce her back pain. The staff at Fyzical are very nice. I love the facility. I suggest you try Fyzical in Provo before going anywhere else.

Great P.T nice staff unfortunately the billing and medical records staff have been horrific. Billing has VERY odd hours and Evelyn in medical records needs to be either be replaced or a class in public relations. She is beyond rude and unpleasant. Moving our business elsewhere.

Outstanding audiology and hearing instrument service. The prices are more than fair (I have a UHC advantage plan and good mid to high end featured products were covered 80%). The AuD, Kim, was the real deal. Recommended highly.
