I am a current patient here. First of all, I gave it 4 stars mainly because the facility is older and needs some updating. Second of all, the staff have been amazing. Several times they have gone above and beyond to help me. The administrative staff are just as amazing. The care, support and therapy I have received has been incredible. I would not hesitate to have one of my family members here because I've seen first hand the level of care and love that every staff member has day and night staffing. I am glad that I was able to be placed here and would come back without question. My family have no worries about me or the level of care that I'm receiving.

The only positive comments I can make, John and Judith are the two CNA’s that go above and beyond to help the patients. Here dome bullet points of the daily care * Food was always cold when brought to room * No activities at this facility * Takes forever for someone to answer call button (some cases 30 minutes or more) * wanted more PT, only 45 minutes a day * Facilities needs major upgrades to include rooms * was not allowed family visitors, but other patients were allowed visitors *** If this facility and leadership would implement processes to increase the patients experience (this DONT cost much) this would help increase patients motivation and moral ***

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONE AT THIS FACILITY. MY DAD BECAME VERY DEHYDRATED, STOPPED EATING among other things and the staff never communicated any of this to the family. I spoke with the Social Worker and the Administrator. His bottom was raw when he arrived to the Hospital. The staff tried to deny it but pictures were taken at the hospital. I still don't know who the DON is. I'm livid at the care he received. The worst communication ever. My dad is currently a patient there. He was very, very sick when he arrived. As far as I can see the care is good, but reaching anybody over the phone or speaking to him is almost nonexistent. On one occasion I remained on hold for 47 minutes and I was returning a call to them. They also misplace his clothes when they changed him from one room to the other. I'm already a nervous wreck because of Covid, but not hearing from him is worst. They need to think of a better way to communicate with family.

This place didn’t take good care of my Husband he was very dehydrated bleeding really bad out his rear end so bad Doctor was worried he wouldn’t make it breathing was bad had to be put on breathing machine Threw up blood in it never wanted him to be in this place couldn’t eat didn’t want the food he was seeing things in his room believe they were drugging him said I just didn’t know how bad they treated him as of this minute I will never send him to another nursing home only one I liked was John he was so very good to my husband bad place don’t send your loved ones here 11 29 2021
