Jane Imholte5 StarOutpatient services (Orthopedic) & Hospital Medical Tech services (X-Ray, EKG, Lab) are outstanding!! I’ve never experienced a hospital with such efficient service!! Minimal wait times!! Amazing! Very courteous, warm welcome immediately upon arrival to hospital. I worked in hospitals for 22 years & this one blew me away with the speed of service & helpful, very friendly & professional staff.Tuesday 8th March 2022
Clarissa Kitzmiller4 StarMost of the staff at this hospital are wonderful. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of registration. I showed up this morning at 8:45am for a scheduled CT scan at 9am. I did not get registered and back to the radiology department until 9:12am. An almost half hour wait time at the registration desk is unacceptable for a five minute test.Thursday 31st March 2022
Karen Nutter3 StarLack of compassion for family members waiting on news. Unable to be with your loved ones and the only updates you get is through texts from the patient. When their phone battery dies and the front desk staff doesn't want to give him the charger cord, it puts undue pressure on everyone. I was repeatedly told to just go back to my car and she (the check in staff) didn't even want to take the cord from me. The ER wasn't busy so that's not an excuse. I had not bothered them prior to asking them to do this one thing. We keep hearing how medical staff are overwhelmed but do they for one second consider how family members are overwhelmed with the isolation and being on the outside not knowing what's going on. I'm very disappointed with their rudeness and lack of compassion. We are fully vaccinated and boosted and have done everything to avoid getting covid and have it anyway. This was no fault of our own but was still treated like it was a scarlet letter. The ER staff did take good care of my husband but the people I had to deal with needs more training, although I don't know of you can teach compassion.Tuesday 15th February 2022
