Great experience with outpatient surgery. Everyone was very caring, and answered all concerns. I like that I was able to be with my friend, until she went to the OR.

While sitting in the ER room 8 different staff members periodically came and went through performing there duties. Not one of them washed there hands. There was no sign that the sink had been used in days and things were piled in front of it. I went to the restroom and there was blood, used tissue, and other "things" scattered across the floor. The trash in the bathroom was overflowing onto the floor and seemed as tho it wasn't emptied in days because i was there at 0800 hour. The female Dr that saw me seemed to have a bad attitude and nothing was accomplished by my visit to this nightmare of a facility.
