Full Continuum of Recovery Care

Helping Patients Recover Since 1972

Gateway Rehab is the largest drug rehab and addiction recovery network in the greater Pittsburgh region, serving all forms of substance abuse and dependency disorders. Our dedicated team of clinicians and behavioral therapists work together to ensure that people with opioid-related substance use disorders have access to top-quality treatment, as well as follow-up care, and emotional support from their communities.

By combining proven Medications for Substance Use Disorder options, evidence-based therapies, and ongoing recovery support, Gateway Rehab's opiate addiction treatment programs offer a complete continuum of care to help patients experience a sustained recovery. All of our treatment at Gateway is tailored to the individual's unique needs. Additionally, We are now offering tele-visits with a psychiatric nurse practitioner in all Outpatient and Inpatient locations to better support the mental health care of our patients.

Our care is team-based and “whole person” focused. Our continuing mission is to help each and every patient achieve sobriety and wellness in body, mind, and spirit. Recovery is possible with the right tools. Learn more about Gateway Rehab’s incredible programs by calling or requesting an appointment today.

The staff is unprofessional. Staff will say that they “misplaced” items. Don’t bring anything of value in there unless you want it to be at risk of being stolen by the staff. This place is supposed to help people, instead it is causing problems for the patients in a “place of healing.”

This place is a complete joke. They treat you like a high school kid rather than focus on recovery. Recovery is not a thing at this place. There are two groups a day and then its free time from 3 in the afternoon until 10 a.m. the next morning! Free time consists of watching t.v. and playing cards. There is not even an n.a. book in the building. Staff is very unprofessional. Renee is the administrative assistant and she is the most unprofessional person there. She flirts with every client there and should honesly be investigated for PREA.

Went in on my on remission to get some help to get off some prescription medications so I can have a child & be a Mommy by next year, was told 4 days before even entering the program so many different things by the director but when I got there it was completely different and the rules I basically had to learn as I went. So let's just say I felt like I was back in HIGH SCHOOL again...Everyone had a opinion on my decision to leave and goto a better place and then try give me medical advice! Lmmfao.....Let's just say you can't tell a epileptic who's had 3 mild cardio infarcations(Heart attacks) with other health issues that you can guarantee she's NOT going to have a seizure during detox or anything that serious. GTFOHCAB....Well I hope this place can get its woman's section up to par because it sucks at the moment I literally felt like I was breaking down not even 24hrs in! BEWARE if your going in on your own, especially if your emotional and wear your heart on your sleeve.
