Don’t get me wrong! The place has some great souls in there. And I am blessed that I got to meet some of these people! Because some REALLY do care. It can definitely use some improvement, but what business can’t? The ONLY problem I had in there is the Nurse name Bob!! Smh. He is Unethical, lacks empathy and really does not belong in a job setting such as this one here! He is the ONLY reason why I will NOT give 5 stars!! Other than that, thanks for the wonderful help you guys provide. Hopefully you can change many more lives.

This place is not a place to go. They are miserable, no compassion or at least professional. They say can you come back tomorrow!???! They don't even want to do the assessment. Tomorrow can be too late. Detox is dangerous. Don't go there.

Never saw such a slow assessment center in my life.. they do about 1 assessment every 3 hours lol

Staff as soon as we walked in the door discouraged us from being seen. Said they were swamped. There were only 5 patients in the facility. First told us to leave a number and they will call in the morning to do the assessment over the phone. Told them we would prefer to do it while here. We then got paperwork to take out to our car because we couldn’t sit in the waiting room because of Covid. We filled out the paperwork and brought it back inside. Was discouraged once again to do a phone interview the next morning. Told them no we will wait out in the parking lot in our car. Less than 5 minutes later staff came out to say they do not except the person’s insurance to go to the one on Springarden Street. We were aware that this was incorrect information and asked to see the supervisor. She came out and apologized and said that he person who told us the incorrect information was new and didn’t know any better. So that was at 6pm. It is now 11:30 pm and we are still sitting in the parking lot waiting to complete the assessment. We asked twice when we would be seen and was told we were next. That was over 2 hours ago. It is not crowded. There are 3 people here waiting. One said they were here since 1:30 pm. My complaint is... IF YOU ARE NOT IN THIS FIELD TO HELP OTHERS’S THAN FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!!!!! Period!!!!

Absolute worst treatment facility I have ever been to in my life, I’ve received better treatment in a county jail. Only spent 48 hours here and they even managed to give me COVID before I left.
