Some of the counselors were very nice and helpful, but the female director seemed to favor male clients. Someone in their staff called my probation officer without having me sign a release, so right there that was a hipaa violation. Also the director tells people in the rooms of NA and AA to keep an eye out on clients and asks if they’re showing up to meetings. That violates the 12th tradition of the fellowships and does not respect the anonymity of members. I would go elsewhere for treatment

Always rude on the phone. Everybody seems like you are bothering them by calling. Seems like the whole place needs an attitude adjustment. Will never use their services after my first experience with them. I felt like my character was being attacked by the person doing the assessment. I actually got up and walked out 5 minutes into it.
