Diversity, engagement and belonging remain at the core of Gaudenzia’s values. To be engaged, you must feel included and valued. We strive to build and nurture a culture where inclusiveness is a reflex, not an initiative. We believe diversity drives innovation, so building a culture where difference is valued and the diverse voices of our employees are heard is essential. It fuels our passion and connects us closer to our clients and the communities we serve.
Our network of partners works closely with our patients to create solutions that pave the way to positive change. Coupled with our extensive experience and commitment to affordable treatments, our programs see higher annual completion rates than similar programs worldwide.

Sherry King5 StarI was a client and as hard as it was it changed me and my life for the better. I would recommend any female who wants recovery to go to Vantage and listen to the staff as hard as it can be they speak from years of experience and years of sobriety and only try to help. I learned more about myself while I was there then I ever did. I lost custody of my sons before going and because of the work I did and with the help of Mrs Diane Horton-Lewis I got custody of my son back 5 months after loosing custody. Vantage helped me find me again and gave me my life back. I will forever be grateful.Tuesday 4th August 2020
allie gonzalez1 StarSpoke to an employee over phone and she was incredibly disrespectful and rude.Tuesday 6th October 2020
Rach P1 StarCounselors are beyond rude, they are ignorant to family, they demand that the patient calls if you send too many cards and asks you to stop sending so many because apparently "too much" family support is no good for a place like thisTuesday 23rd July 2019
