Diversity, engagement and belonging remain at the core of Gaudenzia’s values. To be engaged, you must feel included and valued. We strive to build and nurture a culture where inclusiveness is a reflex, not an initiative. We believe diversity drives innovation, so building a culture where difference is valued and the diverse voices of our employees are heard is essential. It fuels our passion and connects us closer to our clients and the communities we serve. Our network of partners works closely with our patients to create solutions that pave the way to positive change. Coupled with our extensive experience and commitment to affordable treatments, our programs see higher annual completion rates than similar programs worldwide.

As P.O.A. for a client at this facility, I would urge family members to check ALL available resources, before considering this facility. Whereas, some staff members are very helpful, there are those that are just trying to keep the numbers on their books. The food does not meet daily dietary recommendations. There is no 12-step programing, and due to COVID, there are not enough staff members nor facilitators and a lot of the group meetings are run by clients. Not at all what we had hoped for.

AWESOME place to intern and learn the fundamental basics , as it pertains to holistic treatment. The staff , which includes the director on down have played a major role in my decision to further pursue an academic career in Human Services. Everyone here is compassionate as well as passionate about their service and commitment to the client. There is a code of conduct that is not taken lightly . Everyone is treated with the utmost respect, staff and client alike. It has been a pleasure, an honor, and a privilege to intern here at this particular facility ,working closely with the staff and learning from them. I have grown so deeply fond of the work and all that i am learning that i plan on volunteering , if there is room for me to do so. Please, continue doing all that you are doing here. Recovery is real and recovery works. The success rate is proof of this. I am forever indebted to all you , from the director to all whom work with him on a daily basis to make a new way of life a reality for so very many. Peace and many blessings to you all. Respectfully, Ms. L Christina Lee ( Intern) Student-BCCC

Sooooome of the staff, is very un–professional and thieeeeeeves. I give them, a rating of minus, 10 ☆. The only reason why, I gave them a one star, rating. Is because, that's the only way that I could post my review.

My brother was put out on the street in his wheelchair with one leg without a phone because he tested clean of drugs due to the fact that he didn't have money to get high with in three weeks. I, his emergency contact, was not notified. He had a heart attack and they sent him in an ambulance to the hospital, again without any notice to me. I asked for someone to call me to discuss a plan for his treatment and was never called back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The next call that I recieved was from a doctor. I was only informed because my brother was able to ask the doctor to call me. DESPICABLE❗ They don't even deserve one star.
