I have nothing but amazing things to say about Genesis! Making the decision to place my mom into a nursing facility was very difficult but Michelle made it a comforting and happy experience. She has always answered every question or concern I’ve had with professionalism and compassion. Mom adores all of the staff and has been much happier since moving into Genesis’ care. I highly recommend Genesis Putnam Center to anyone wanting a safe and comforting place for their loved one.

We have been very pleased with the care of my parents. We started with my dad in October with dementia and then my mom after broken hip. They have been more supportive that anyone could have imagined. Many have provided their mobile numbers and answer even when they are on personal time. Most of my interactions have been with Michelle, Justine and Ashley. All go above and beyond to provide explanations but more importantly support. I am not sure without that support how hard this would have been on my parents and the rest of our family. Just so much to comprehend . No situation is perfect or ideal but they along with many of their nurses and other staff have excelled when we needed most.

I received the best care here while rehabbing my amputation. The staff are all great and helped make my stay enjoyable. I always received my meds on time and the nurses were so friendly and helpful. I definitely wouldn't be where I'm at today without the help for everyone here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandmother was abused and neglected during her time there. Not to mention several of her personal items were lost/stolen. Their staff doesn’t care about them. They just care about their next smoke break and who is on lunch next. Her case manager didn’t seem to care or even know who she was. My grandmother was very much in her right mind and recalled them refusing several times to give her her medicine and telling her she already had it when she knew she hadn’t. Other residents that would wander would come into her room and wouldn’t leave her alone, steal her stuff, and even her food. I wish we would’ve never sent her here and we will be hiring a lawyer to investigate this abuse from the entire staff. Please don’t send your loved ones here.

I am very pleased with the care my aunt has received at the Putnam Center! The staff on the North hall is very caring and understanding. The job they have is not easy, but every time I am there (which is quite often) they are willing to take time to discuss matters of the care of my aunt with me! Michelle has also been a huge support when I have had questions. She responds to messages all hours of the day and evening. I am thankful for each of the workers! They are doing what I could not do for my aunt! They are there for her 24/7.
