The treatment received was great. I’m leaving a 1 star review because of how terribly difficult it is to contact anyone here. I’ve left multiple voicemails trying to get an appointment and no one has returned my calls. I can never get a live person on the phone. I guess the only way to make an appointment is to go to the office and do it in person. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

I see Susan Barner, she is amazing. She has given me my life back. My nerves and anxiety were so horrible with so many issues going on in my life, I could not sleep or anything. She counseled me and helped me tremendously. Cannot imagine what would have happened without her. She is wonderful and so easy to talk to. She is the best!

It really is a shame to leave such a negative review, because the psychiatrist whom I see at Goodman is a blessing. The service, however, is abysmal. It is near impossible to contact this place. To get an intake appointment, my therapist had to email and call multiple times over the course of a few weeks. I’ve spent entire mornings calling them on and off, and am sent to voice mail every time. When a receptionist does finally answer, they take my message and never pass it on. I have no idea what’s causing such slow service, but it’s really bogged down the otherwise exceptional experience I’ve had here.
