Melanie and those working with her to get people through their rehabilitation and back home are doing a great job. Christy Lelievre1 StarNot a fan of Grand Boulevard Rehab upon arrival no photo/ decor on walls in rooms, must wait for someone to put in a code to let you out, and doors locked at 7! I have visited the Manor at Bluewater Bay on several occasions and it is immaculate. Dinner is served hot not cold. This place is a joke to be sitting on Grand Boulevard in Miramar. The physical therapy room is not much bigger than my kitchen, and the food square is the size of my master bath! For the amount of money people pay here per month this joint should be top notch. It’s unbelievable to know it not a great place 🙁. Insane asylums don’t have art on walls. Note if you visit the door plates say .. knock this is my home!! Add some decorative art and make the rooms enjoyable for residents instead of just paint.Tuesday 15th January 2019
Sherry Russell1 StarMy very best friend is currently in this center and has been bitten by some kind of bugs ...and had to be moved to another room . But still to date we have not been notified or addressed from the facility to the family..I make weekly visits..I went today and no one said anything to me about it good or bad..My best friend was visiting her one night and noticed the bugs ..pictures were taken according to my friend..WHERE IS THE COMMUNICATION WITHE THE ADMINISTRATION ON THIS ISSUE AND STAFF. MAKING WONDER ABOUT THIS FACILITY...Friday 20th October 2017
