This review is for the Prosthetic's Dept., I have to call daily when I need to order supplies or to check on a order, daily because every time I call I am on hold in excess of 30 to 40 mins. So I either hang up because I have to do other things besides hold a phone to my ear for an hour or I stay on until I get disconnected by the system (yes I held on for over an hour 1 time). For instance, I am on hold right now and when I finally got connected after calling multiple times, this system told me that there are 4 calls ahead of me. Guess what? I just past the 18 min marker and I still have 4 calls ahead of me. So what are they doing, swapping recipes?
