This place is one of the worst places in the world ,unorganized and definitely don't take care of their residents or their patients there contaminated with "bedbugs"! They are practically starving the residents there and now I think they are thieves❗ I would not recommend this place especially if your family member has dementia or where they can't remember things because these people will take advantage of it they're quick to take the money but they ain't quick to help people here , these people are all about the money not about the care of the people. I wouldn't recommend a cockroach to live here! I just read some reviews I wanted to add that these people are thieves a lot of people are saying they're not getting their families belongings back they're stealing their clothes and stuff probably because of the bedbugs are so bad in this place and they got thieves amongst the staff❗

You can never get a nurse on the phone to check in. I want to know how my dad is doing. But no, you can never get anyone on the phone. I saw a roach in the bathroom ! I would give it zero stars. Send your loved one elsewhere.

They take great care of my mom. We were very reluctant to the decision in the beginning, but through time they have showed us they have a great and caring staff. Mom is always cleaned and looks good when I see her. She's happy there and says the people treat her very well.

My mom has been here for less than a week and twice she has had to call us to intervene because no one will come help her. She was getting better in the hospital but instantly got worse once arriving here. Today my mom was served a pork chop for dinner with no knife to cut it to be able to eat it.

I just want to post this regarding their vaccine mandate. They are not allowed to fire for refusing the vaccine. Its not mandatory to get the vaccine. Letting their unvaccinated employees go is a lawsuit waiting to happen. You can also get religious exemption from it. They’re obligated to provide that for you. Get a lawyer and fight it. It’s 100% illegal. Please don’t let them take you’re constitutional right to choose!
