Kim Stokoe5 StarMy mother was a resident of Gwynedd Healthcare for about 3 1/2 years, their care and support has been exceptional - not only for Mom but for the family too! Communication has been excellent with plenty of TLC and support as Mom moved thru these last years of her life. If you are in need of this kind of help in the Lansdale,PA area - we would highly recommend this facility and their professional and caring staff!Wednesday 16th March 2022
