The staff at Hackensack Meridian Health Rehabilitation at Stafford are excellent. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable about the various medical conditions and how to treat them properly. They listen to how you feel and then tailor your recovery plan specific to your needs. The staff at the front desk have been very accommodating which has made scheduling effortless and handling insurance no problem. Aquatherapy has been great for my back after spinal fusion. The equipment is organized, clean, and separate from Tilton Fitness (not used by gym members). Management regularly comes in, inspects the facility, and makes sure that they have fresh supplies. I like this center more compared to the other physical therapy company that I used before in Little Egg Harbor. The only downside is that this facility is located inside the Tilton fitness building. The rehab facility has their own entrance and space but they do use Tilton's pool for Aquatherapy. (Tilton fitness management has had many issues in the past with the pool. I hope that HMHR will put aside some funds to build their own indoor pool/facility and leave Tilton Fitness altogether.) Don't let this change your mind as the physical therapy is top notch and outshines everything else. Personalized care from friendly, knowledgeable physical therapists and support staff.
