Mom has to undergo at least 20 radiation treatments to her face because a large tumor that grew on her face , was never reported to us and was covered up by the staff. She is not doing very well and her teeth were neglected and she now is losing them

I am so happy that we found Hanover Hall. My dad is bed ridden. They take such good care of him. They have from day one. It is very clean, the staff is well groomed and knowledgeable. It is very hard when you can't be with your loved one. The staff makes it much easier for me. My Dad is always clean and well cared for. I will never be able to thank thestaff enough for all they do. While I have never received any services here, I have spoken to a few people here who have all been exceptionally polite. They are extremely helpful to answer any of my questions and treated me like a human being. Very kind people.

My father is currently at this facility and I couldn't be more pleased. He has been in three different areas with all different nursing staff and they have all been wonderful. My family has also experienced some of the larger facilities in the area and have to say we are most happy with Hanover Hall!!

The care is excellent, and its bright, cheerful, and very clean. My aunt lived there until she was 104, and now my cousin lives there.
