I highly recommend Harmony for counseling and therapy. Liz and her assistant, Stevie, are kind, personable, and warm. When you are first starting out, these characteristics shine through and make you feel comfortable and secure at what is often a vulnerable and frustrating time. The true magic, however, comes with time and honesty, as Liz gets to know you, and vice versa. Liz is an expert, and she's wonderful at her job. Not only does she manage to relate to clients from all backgrounds and walks of life, but she also shares her own stories and experiences. I found that working with Liz was truly a no-judgement zone. She always listened to me, supported me, and gave truly meaningful and practical advice. Like with all therapy, you get what you put in, but Liz is always ready to meet you halfway. I am grateful I found Harmony, and I hope to continue working on myself with Liz's guidance. She's compassionate, her advice is solid, her guidance is based on both personal and professional experiences, and her care and belief in her clients is absolutely genuine. I can honestly say she's changed my life for the better, and I'm glad to know her.

Harmony is a wise choice if having substance abuse issues. Liz is an extremely effective counselor with an understanding and caring nature. Although the work is done by the individual, an experienced guide is paramount to success. In my experience, Liz helped me forge the key needed to unlock the toolbox I had within to properly deal with my addiction and mental health issues. Liz is held in high regard in my life.

Liz was very helpful, listening and understanding. She even offers to clients free aftercare sessions after they graduate because she cares about their well being and wants to see them be successful in life. Both physically and spiritually.
