Located in the heart of Sussex county, our Georgetown campus has beautifully maintained gardens and a huge porch area where you or your family member can enjoy relaxing on comfortable rocking chairs.
While rehabilitating in our newly renovated services area, you can relax knowing you have a team of tenured professional skilled nurses and therapists to help you reach and maintain your highest level of independence.
For over 30 years we have offered the Sussex County area 24-hour care under the warmth and supervision of licensed skilled nurses and caregivers.
Along with the Medical Director, on-site physician and skilled nurses, our therapists, social workers, nutritionists and activities staff create a rehabilitation program designed specifically for you or your family member.
Living accommodations
We provide our patients with recently renovated private and semi-private rooms, and all rooms have views to landscaped grounds or meticulously designed and maintained gardens, so you can refresh your mind and well as your body.

Medical and rehabilitation services
There may be times when you need skilled nursing care for short or long-term. We provide our residents with a superior and well-trained staff to ensure you or your family member is receiving the attention and care required.
Our rehab gym includes an Activities of Daily Living (ADL) suite to help prepare you or your senior family member for the return home. The suites include a kitchen, bath and living area where those rehabilitating can practice daily activities to build confidence and feel comfortable when returning home.
Activities that may require ADL rehabilitation include dressing, self-feeding, laundry, meal preparation and bathing. Our occupational therapists will work closely with you or your senior family member to help learn, improve and feel comfortable performing these skills.
