This is a review for pelvic floor physical therapy with Jen Loos at this location. I had an excellent experience working with Jen. I felt comfortable with her right away. She really took time to listen to me and answer my many questions, and she crafted a treatment plan that suited my specific needs. I found Jen to be very kind, easygoing and to have a real calming influence - so important with this type of therapy. She is also incredibly knowledgeable in her field. I had been to this type of therapy before at one of the hospitals in the Hartford area and this was a better experience in every way possible. I would highly recommend going to Jen if you need pelvic floor physical therapy.

The therapist are awesome very experience and friendly however in the other hand the people they hired for the front desk should be a bit respectful on how they talk to people, especially their elders🤬. I had an appointment past monday and bfore I left my house I was told that something was wrong with my insurance and they will call me bac. I waited and waited and no call bac, I missed my appointment come Thursday I call bac an left a message That I'm still waiting on my call bac so I can go to therapy. No call bac,she mention she left a message. No message found. Then she told me this morning 1 week after that all my appointments where cancel because I missed 3 appointment which 2 of those was waiting on her and the first time , I was at the ER. The lady on the front desk said that is still my responsibility to call and cancel when I told someone in person I was at the ER and the other two , I sat home waiting on her answer from the insurance HORRIBLE GETTHO PEOPLE work on the front desk they should learn how to talk to people instead of showing fake smiles when I walk in. I felt offended that she didnt even apologized if there was a misunderstanding especially when I had brain surgery and I cant remember certain as well as I use to.
