Attendance Policy
We have a long waiting list of individuals needing appointments, therefore, if you miss 2 or more appointments without at least 24 hours notice, any future appointments you have may be cancelled. You will then be added to our waiting list and may result in a $25.00 late cancelation/no show fee for the missed appointment.
