What is the Human Development Center?
HDC is a private, non-profit, organization that was established in 1938. HDC is a community mental health center that serves residents in four counties in northeastern Minnesota and one county in northwestern Wisconsin.

As part of our commitment to community education, HDC provides a free and confidential on-line mental health screening tool for anyone to use.
