I have enjoyed being a patient of Heron Ridge. There is only one issue with the doctors office. The office lady Iggie she is a horrid woman. She is rude, argumentative and insensitive. I dread visiting that office, because of her. I am thinking of changing my doctor, so I do not have to interact with her. This business specializes in mental health, so why they would hire someone with a personality like hers is confusing. She is always drinking or eating something, and will leave a patient in the waiting room for close to an hour. She is extremely overweight, and acts as if any movement she had to do is excessive. I hope something is done.
