Two women were working non-stop to take care of everyone and they had the best attitudes, even though I’m sure it was overwhelming. They were quick and efficient and kind to everyone. Becky Parsons1 StarMade an appointment for Covid test for my son, walk in and first impression is the place is disgusting. Having an appointment didn’t matter! Dirty tissues laying everywhere. No sign in sheet anywhere, another patron told me to fill out a form that was covered up by other patrons belongings. Two different ladies were administering tests and literally were coming and asking NEXT? you have people in two rooms, how do you know who’s next?! Definitely need a sign in sheet or number system! They were literally sitting in a room right off the the waiting room and you could hear them say each patients name along with their results before coming out and giving the patient their results. No Privacy at all ! A ridiculous set up for sure !!Saturday 8th January 2022
Megan Boggs1 Star(Covid testing:) This place is SO UNORGANIZED!! I waited over an hour in my car for someone to bring me paperwork (as instructed) but the person I originally spoke with failed to do their job of giving the nurse my information. So I was waiting for nothing. I went in the building and after having to wait several more minutes for the front desk girl to pay attention to me, she told me I could just walk up to the trailer. When I asked why she didn’t tell me this an hour ago, she just shrugged and went back to eating. If you need a covid test, don’t waste your time here!!Friday 14th January 2022
