Mother in law was wearing the same clothes for days and her diaper was saggiing to her knees. A complaint was made and just a few and they all of a sudden can't take care if her because "she tried to go outside". No violence, no verbal outburst. Your loved ones are better off elsewhere.

Father developed Shingles, which is extremely painful, and went untreated as no medical staff checked patients. Had father transferred to a facility with active medical staff. None medical staff, the entire staff, did their best, but know they are limited with knowledge of care needed to adequately care for those needing more care then being bed checked.

It’s cold no heat in the rooms need a new heating system need a real dietitian need a wound care doctor or nurse.Nurse and staff alter your medical records and deny you things in your records etc it’s bad when you have to have a family member bring you a space heater and the state comes out to investigate about heat etc.all they try to do is get all the money they can get from your insurance company I wanna post these pictures up to show what goes on there I wouldn’t send my dog there zero stars
