Located in Alliance, Nebraska, Highland Park Care Center is only a few blocks away from the local hospital and is within walking distance to the city park and fountain, which are popular attractions for family and friends in the summer. Alliance is a small farming community that is also the hub of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. The people of Alliance take pride in their community and recently supported preserving our history with a museum and veteran’s cemetery.

Highland Park Care Center is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility with 16 beds designated for the Memory Support Household. We offer 24-hour nursing care, respite care, adult day care, inpatient and outpatient therapies, and restorative care services. The staff are warm and friendly and provide personalized resident-centered care. At Highland Park Care Center, everything we do is based on the belief that all individuals deserve dignity in life.
