I have ADHD, major depressive disorder, PTSD, Anxiety etc. I was so relieved when I finally got assigned a therapist (I've been trying for over 5 months) but any hopes I had about feeling better or being helped are completely down the drain. Today was my third or fourth time talking to said therapist and the only advice I have gotten was to try to go to an animal assisted therapy facility when I told her I loved animals. Great, can't leave the house cause of anxiety so that's a no go. No coping skills no nothing. I've been trying to get meds for my ADHD that I was already diagnosed with for a couple of months now, my primary doctor doesn't have an opening until March 22nd and my request for a psychologist so I could get meds at Hilltop was denied. Your therapist does not communicate with your primary or whatever other "team" you have, or at least mine doesn't. Place is a joke and I have lost any hope that I had left of being helped.

Having had my first contact with social worker Tom Burgess I feel so much better now that I have spoken with him and have scheduled our next appointment face-to-face as he and I are both Covid vaccinated in full. Tom Burgess is a very pleasant man and I think it can only get better from here. Thank you Tom Burgess!

Just so you know the physician or psychiatrist Dr Karushi is not even in Oregon. They are hiring drs out of State and paying them with state and county taxes. How about Drs who at least live in the state ! And my experience was not positive I reached out because of crippling anxiety that has hospitalized me 4 times this summer after being passed through 4 people ( therapists ) I get a call from a dr out in Alabama wth. Snd if you don’t take antidepressants they won’t help you period . Shamed me for saying I have tried them they don’t work for me . At 62 I know them all. Just pushing antidepressants. When I pointed out that the Dr have no real clue what the long term effects are if these SS I s and they make me manic but hey no problem try this new one….SO alone with this it’s horrible how she talked down to me!

This place doesn't deserve a single star. Please stay are far away from them as you can. It is a joke of a facility. As a person who suffers from some simple mental health issues I reached out to them looking for some care. I have been working with them for months now and have been passed from one person to the next to do "evaluations" and have yet to be seen by an actual medical provider. As a result I have run out my my medication and my quality of life has plummeted.
