Was told to go there for alcohol but was in there with drug court. B.s. there is no one on one counseling. Been to others with someone else and the experience was totally different.

I went here back in the summer of 2011 when i was 22. It was my only hope. Keith, old man bob, and Duke took good care of us. It isn’t the best looking place you can go to, but the quality and amount of attention each client receives shows that their heart is in this and they’re not doing it for the money. We ate good. Never ran out of food. Members of community regularly donate food to supplement the house stores. We had donuts nearly everyday! I heard pretty much the same thing here as i have nearly every other Tx program: go to meetings, get a sponsor, work the steps, pray and meditate, and no matter what: don’t pick up. I’m not sure why it felt different here, but others will tell you the same thing as i have. I followed through with what they taught me, and i stayed sober as a result. Thank God!

Wouldn't have given this place any stars, this place was one of the most worst experiences I've been apart of! If your serious about getting clean this isn't the place for you! Constant Profanity from piers, and unacceptable conversations from staff leaders Duke and Mike. And they allow contraband but you have to describe it as "Petting the Pupp!" If you don't laugh along with there sickish ways of thinking they will find any reason to dismiss you! One leader Duke passed along pictures of him dressed as a girl. This is unacceptable! And the so called educational videos are nothing but mainstream videos involving drugs use and pornography! These people are wrong and should never be in the business to help the state of mind of people!
