Lisa Alward1 StarI called with questions regarding this facility. I couldn't even hear what was being said- a lot of laughing, etc in the background, very loud. No effort was made to lower the background noise so that I could hear. After being asked if the noise was on my end I had heard all that I needed to hear. Extremely unprofessional and immature. And definitely not what I am searching for to help my child.Friday 9th April 2021
