Everyone that we've been associated with have done great work. Also, our son gets a little over bearing at times so don't let that deter you from doing your job. He needs to lose several lbs a week so make him do it. Great job !!!!

Today was our first day! The facility is beautiful, clean, and well designed. Thearpy and Safety in a quiet setting with individual rooms and specialized care. The Staff was welcoming and very accommodating. We greatly appreciate such great service! God Bless you.

Went today and visited 2 of my favorite people, gave them haircuts and had a nice visit. Everyone there, from the front desk receptionist and all the staff were super nice and very helpful!

Without an exception I have found the staff to be friendly and professional - from the person who cleans the room to the nurses, admin, front office staff. Could not be happier with individual staff. That being said the facility is understaffed and it is showing - the result is less care for patients. The solution is not to ask more of those working as a pitcher can only hold so much water. They cannot do more. Or stop new admissions if you cannot safely handle those you are serving. I can give several examples of where limited staff impacted quality of care and will discuss with administration. Without a better plan going toward the rating would slip even with the great staff you currently have. But ultimately it is my father’s care and health that is my primary focus
