The worst place you could ever come for inpatient needs. Old run down. Only bare essentials. Short staff. About half of staff needs to be replaced. Food is in eatable. Poor quality and poor nutrition. Extreme use of salt. Scrambled eggs served every day with no protein alternatives. Diabetics are constantly served bread. Cool aid is primary drink. Don’t let your family be subject to poor health care. The doctor may or may not see them weekly. Medicine is changed with out notice or explanation. Some medication ordered but never administered. If you must go here. Make arrangements for your own food.

I just stopped to visit my father. I came all the way from Cleveland, OH. I called the nursing home the week before almost EVERYDAY. No one answered. My husband left messages with the medical director even. I left a voicemail with the activities director. NO ONE returned any calls. When we show up ALL THE WAY FROM CLEVELAND we were denied visitation. Didn’t offer to even let me see my father from a window or the grandchild he has NEVER met. They will “reassess” Wednesday when we have to return for work. My husband and I are both RNs. We understand and know how things work. I am terrified they may be hiding abuse.

Huntington Health and Rehab has done an excellent job with the care of my father. Their staff is always very helpful and caring. They try to accommodate any way they can during these trying times.

Horrible staff....dirty rooms....they don't care about their patients. They will leave them sitting in a chair for HOURS just so they don't have to deal with them. They need more AND better staff.

Staff will literally keep patients alive just enough to pocket the money. Have been waiting MONTHS for them to transfer my FIL’s information to a facility out of state so he is closer to his family but ironically the only person who can do that has been on vacation for nearly 2 freaking months! DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE!
