I missed one appointment with Sue. I'm always punctual and on time, my boss would verify this. Shame on you Sue the day completely escaped me.I just totally forgot, we recently had a death in the family and my mind was elsewhere that day. NO GRACE! My therapist Sue had Emily the front desk girl who was very nice, cancel all my appointments. WOW!!!! Be careful about your appointments, don't miss or you will be punished. Absolutely crazy .
